The Role You will join a busy and high-performing property litigation team and be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including: \n Commercial landlord and tenant disputes Lease terminations and break options Adverse possession claims Easements and rights of way Rights to light and restrictive covenants Disputes arising from property developments and asset management \n The role offers direct client contact from day one, with the chance to build long-term relationships and contribute to wider team and firm initiatives.
