The role You’ll take ownership of a varied property litigation caseload, working closely with an experienced team while maintaining autonomy over your matters. Work will include:
Residential and commercial property disputes Landlord & tenant matters Lease extensions and enfranchisement Boundary disputes and adverse possession Dilapidations and break notices
You’ll also play a role in developing client relationships and contributing to business development activity. About you
Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in property litigation Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Ideally experienced in enfranchisement / right to manage work Strong communicator with a commercial, client‑first mindset Keen to get involved in networking and growing your own profile
