Property Litigation Solicitor – Liverpool

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Property or Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly respected, Legal 500-recognised firm in Liverpool. The position is also open to an experienced Solicitor working entirely remotely! 

This award-winning practice, known for its technical excellence and client-focused approach, is seeking a confident and articulate Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE. The successful candidate will join a close-knit team of specialists handling a broad range of residential and commercial property litigation matters, including more general commercial litigation disputes.

Operating from modern offices in the city centre (and entirely remotely!), the firm offers a dynamic and supportive environment where Solicitors manage cases from start to finish-often contributing to groundbreaking developments in case law. Full paralegal and assistant support is provided, ensuring Solicitors can focus on delivering high-quality legal solutions.

While the role is primarily focused on property litigation, the team is open to considering strong Commercial Litigators with a solid technical background and a genuine interest in property law.
