About the Role;
Working within a busy and dynamic litigation team, you will handle a varied mix of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on contentious property disputes.
You will take full ownership of cases from initial instruction through to resolution, including:
Managing a broad caseload including boundary disputes and easement disputes (such as rights of way) ...
