We are seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor 2+ years PQE to become a key member of our client's busy and growing wider Dispute Resolution team. You will be working alongside highly experienced specialists, advising a diverse client base including large corporates, SMEs, developers, landlords, tenants, and public sector organisations. Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, dilapidations, boundary disputes, and rights of way. Advising clients on risk management and dispute avoidance. Handling proceedings in the County Court, High Court, and Property Tribunal. Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters. Playing an active role in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales 2+ PQE. Strong technical knowledge of property litigation law and procedure. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage work independently. Commercial awareness and a genuine enthusiasm for client service.
