This role is open to candidates across all PQE levels, making it ideal for both developing and experienced lawyers looking to progress within a supportive and expanding team.You’ll be joining a small but dynamic firm where your contribution will be visible and valued, with genuine opportunities to develop your career as the business continues to grow.The firm offers hybrid working and a flexible, modern approach to work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters, which may include:Residential and commercial landlord & tenant disputesPossession proceedings and rent arrears recoveryLease disputes and forfeiture mattersBoundary disputes and rights of way issuesDilapidations claimsProperty-related contractual disputesAdvising clients on risk, strategy, and dispute resolutionYou will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload (depending on experience), with appropriate supervision and support where required.What You’ll Be DoingManaging property litigation files from instruction through to resolutionDrafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondenceRepresenting clients in negotiations and alternative dispute resolutionLiaising with clients, counsel, and third partiesSupporting business development and maintaining strong client relationshipsContributing to the continued growth of the firmAbout YouThe firm is keen to hear from candidates who:Are a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) at any PQE levelHave experience in property litigation (or a strong interest in specialising in this area)Can manage a caseload independently or are keen to develop towards thisDemonstrate strong communication and client care skillsAre commercially aware and pragmatic in their approachThrive in a collaborative, close-knit team environmentWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)25 days annual leave + bank holidaysHybrid workingClear progression opportunities within a growing firmQuarterly bonus scheme linked to targets and performanceSupportive and friendly working environmentExposure to a broad and interesting caseloadWhy Join?This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, expanding firm where you can make a real impact.
