The Role: We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Litigator to join the team of six Lawyers who make up Loxleys Rural Property Litigation team. You will have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience, during which time you will have developed strong core-litigation skills, dealing with a variety of matters simultaneously and carrying out complex work under pressure. The successful Litigation Solicitor does not need to be experienced in agricultural property law, but they will be keen to develop their technical skills and to build a reputation in rural property disputes. Loxley are highly regarded and market leaders in providing dedicated and specialist expertise across the full spectrum of agricultural matters. Their work is varied and includes disputes in Agricultural and Commercial Tenancies, Possession, Probate and Trust, Partnerships, Third Party rights (Easements, Restrictive Covenants, Sporting Rights), Telecommunications, Professional Negligence, Development and Estoppel.
