\nTHE ROLE:
\n
\nYou’ll manage your own busy and varied caseload, advising a broad-ranging client base on complex and high-quality property litigation matters, including:
\n
\n• Adverse possession
\n• Breaches of covenant
\n• Rights to light
\n• Professional negligence
\n• Boundary disputes and nuisance
\n• Rights of way and party wall issues
\n• Trespass and title disputes
\n• Break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture and repossession
\n• Lease renewals and termination
\n• Rent reviews, service charge disputes, and tenant default
\n
\nYou’ll be delivering strategic advice and tailored solutions, working closely with clients and colleagues in a collaborative environment.
\n
\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n
\n• 6+ years’ PQE in property litigation
\n• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of disputes
\n• Confident managing your own caseload
\n• A commercial, client-focused approach
\n
