The Role

You join a well-regarded property litigation team handling a broad range of commercial and residential property disputes. The work is varied, fact-heavy and often strategic, rather than volume-driven.

From early on, you are involved in disputes relating to commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, title and boundary issues, easements and rights of way, overage and option agreements, and access disputes affecting development land.

Because the disputes team sits alongside a large and active property practice, work flows naturally and consistently, and there is scope over time to develop a particular focus, whether that is development-related disputes, landlord and tenant work or land and title issues.

The Ideal Candidate

You are an NQ or junior solicitor with an interest in property litigation and a desire to build a broad contentious real estate skillset. You are curious, engaged and comfortable dealing with clients and

complex factual issues.
