Service Care Legal are working with a chambers recommended and leading legal 500 law firm that is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their thriving disputes team.

ROLE                    Property Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) LOCATION:          Central London Salary:                  £60,000 – £70,000 + benefits

The role offers exposure to a diverse caseload of contentious property matters, including:

Landlord & tenant disputes (commercial and residential) Lease forfeiture, dilapidations, and disrepair claims Rights of way, boundary, and access disputes Party wall and easement issues Breach of contract and co-ownership disputes Professional negligence claims involving property professionals The Ideal Candidate:   At least 4 years’ PQE with strong experience in property litigation Confident in managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision Strong business development skills and the ability to cultivate client relationships A collaborative team player who can also operate independently
