Property & Finance Litigation Solicitor

Manchester | Hybrid Working

NQ–5 Years’ PQE (more senior candidates considered)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join a rapidly growing Manchester-based litigation team.


This role offers exposure to a strong pipeline of high-quality, complex work acting for a diverse client base including individuals, companies and private lenders.


The Role

You will manage your own caseload and work closely with a Partner, handling matters including:

  • Commercial and Property Litigation
  • Debt Recovery
  • Mortgage Possession Claims
  • Receivership / Insolvency matters (desirable)
  • Acting for finance company clients (advantageous)

This is a hands-on role requiring confidence, strong technical ability, and the capability to work independently within firm and SRA protocols.


About You

  • NQ–5 years’ PQE (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Proven experience running your own caseload
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Commercially aware and proactive in your approach
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
