Property Litigation Solicitor Location: BristolSalary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in the office) About the Role A highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join its well-established real estate disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised practice handling high-quality work while benefiting from a supportive and structured development environment. You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, receiving direct mentorship and early responsibility for your own matters. The team handles a broad mix of complex and varied property disputes acting for commercial clients, landlords, tenants and property investors. Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters Advising on landlord and tenant disputes Handling possession claims and lease disputes Supporting senior lawyers on complex real estate disputes Drafting legal documents and correspondence Building strong client relationships
Qualifications
Be a qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE Have experience in property litigation or real estate disputes Be confident managing files with appropriate supervision Have strong communication and client care skills Be motivated to develop within a leading firm environment
