Advising a diverse client base, including private individuals, trusts, national housebuilders, registered social landlords and major corporate clients across the public and private sectors. Handling a wide variety of contentious property matters, including disputes relating to development land, property contracts and commercial landlord and tenant issues. Assisting with other property‑related disputes, including TOLATA. Supporting disputes in the energy and renewables sector, including title and ownership issues, land rights, options and overage, easements, restrictive covenants and related claims.
