This is an excellent opportunity for a housing law specialist looking to work on meaningful litigation while progressing their career within a supportive and highly regarded team. The Role In this role you will be working on a varied and high quality caseload, advising and representing social housing providers across England. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues, handling complex and rewarding matters, including: \n Housing Disrepair claims Anti-social behaviour injunctions Environmental Protection Act prosecutions Possession proceedings \n About You You will be a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with existing expertise in housing litigation and be enthusiastic about this area of law.
