\nWe are currently working with a very busy, well-established property firm who are seeking an experienced Property Locum for an ongoing assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team with a real family feel, where support and collaboration are genuinely valued.

\nThe firm has been looking for the right person for some time and is keen to secure a reliable, experienced locum who can hit the ground running.
\n
\nThe Role
\n• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
\n• Commercial property experience would be a bonus, but not essential
\n• Offshore typing support in place
\n• Systems: LEAP CMS and shared drive
\n
\nCandidate Requirements
\n• Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent)
\n• Fully qualified, ideally 7–8+ years PQE
\n• Residential Conveyancing essential, Commercial Property would be desirable
\n• Confident working independently in a busy environment
\n• Practical, team-oriented approach
\n
\nAssignment Details
\n• Ongoing locum role (with long-term potential)
\n• Full-time office-based initially (first 6 months)
\n• Hybrid working may be considered thereafter, particularly for more senior locums
\n• Open to locums seeking stability and continuity rather than short-term cover
\n
\nThis is a strong opportunity for an experienced locum looking for a long-term assignment within a friendly, supportive firm.
