Property Maintenance Manager
A well-established construction and property services business is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of high-end residential and prime commercial properties throughout London and the surrounding areas .
Working with a high-value client base, you will coordinate contractors and manage both reactive and planned maintenance , ensuring properties are maintained to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day property maintenance across residential and commercial properties

Coordinate reactive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works

Appoint and manage specialist contractors and service providers

Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance requirements

Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations

Manage maintenance budgets, quotes and cost control

Act as the main point of contact for clients, tenants and contractors

Maintain maintenance records and schedules

Support property improvement and refurbishment projects
