Join a dynamic and professional team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a high-end property portfolio. We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, ensuring all work is delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards

The Role

As a Property Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple properties, leading a team of in-house engineers and coordinating with contractors. You will play a key role in ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered effectively while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and allocate tasks to the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion
Coordinate with subcontractors to plan and deliver maintenance schedules across all properties
Liaise with internal departments to organise maintenance works
Keep the Maintenance & Installations Manager updated on progress and issues
Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day maintenance queries
Approve and manage orders for parts, equipment, and contractor services
Maintain stock levels of parts and ensure availability of backup supplies
Carry out and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Respond to emergencies and provide hands-on support when required
Ensure full compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
Provide team cover during absences and participate in on-call/standby rota
Complete any additional duties within the scope of the roleWhat We're Looking For

We are seeking a professional who has:

Extensive experience in building/property maintenance
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
Strong knowledge of building regulations, compliance, and maintenance best practices
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to produce clear reports and maintenance plans
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
