Join a well-established and growing Housing Association as a Property Management Team Leader, leading a dedicated team delivering outstanding service to tenants and landlords across a large residential portfolio. Key Responsibilities As Property Management Team Leader, you will:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing property and resident services team Oversee maintenance and repairs across a large housing portfolio, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of works Allocate and monitor contractor performance, ensuring service standards and compliance are consistently met Act as the key escalation point for tenant and landlord disputes, providing fair, practical, and professional resolutions Carry out or oversee property inspections, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well maintained Ensure full compliance with social housing legislation, tenancy regulations, and housing standards Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, and local authority partners Monitor service delivery performance, identify improvements, and drive continuous service enhancementWhat we’re looking for To succeed in this role, you will bring:
