The Role You'll take full ownership of a residential portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for both landlords and tenants while ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing Managing a portfolio across Central & West London Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspections Keeping everything fully compliant with current lettings legislation Handling queries and resolving issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach Managing rent collection, arrears, and reporting Overseeing renewals and end-of-tenancy processes Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For ARLA qualified (non-negotiable) Solid experience managing xehkeey a residential portfolio Strong grasp of lettings legislation and compliance Organised, proactive, and able to handle volume without dropping standards Professional communicator who builds trust easily Comfortable using property management systems and Microsoft Office
