RyeView Homes is a small, independent estate and letting agency in High Wycombe, known for our professional, friendly approach to property management. Due to continued growth, were looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering excellent service to our landlords and tenants.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of residential propertiesActing as the main point of contact for landlords and tenantsCoordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractorsEnsuring all properties meet current safety and legal compliance requirementsHandling tenancy issues, disputes, and renewalsConducting property inspections and reporting findingsManaging rent arrears and ensuring timely paymentsDelivering a high standard of customer service at all timesWhat Were Looking ForPrevious experience in property management or lettings is ideal but not essential.Some knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance (ideal but not essential)Excellent organisational and problem-solving skillsConfident communicator with the ability to manage difficult situationsAbility to work independently or within a team, and manage a busy workloadFull UK driving licenceProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property software is a bonusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: £26,000 £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)Supportive team environment with opportunities for progressionSupport for professional developmentWhether youre an experienced Property Manager looking to take the next step in your career with a supportive, growing agency, wed love to hear from you.
