Our client, a well-established and independently owned firm with offices in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our expanding Residential Lettings Team in Tonbridge. If you're self-motivated, and customer-focused with a background in residential property management, this could be the perfect next step in your career. ⸻ Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties using MRI Qube and STREET software Be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors Build strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure high levels of service Oversee repairs, maintenance, and property compliance Conduct routine property visits and site inspections Keep clients informed of all legal obligations and changes in tenancy legislation⸻ The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
