RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER (PRS)

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

A well-established, independent estate and lettings agency based in Aldershot is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their close-knit team. About the Role

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a varied residential portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for landlords and tenants alike. Working closely with colleagues across the branch, you will coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance, and deliver consistently high standards of service throughout.

This is a role for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and takes real pride in the quality of their work.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties

Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor instructions

Assisting with tenancy documentation

Handling day-to-day property management queries and issues

Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation

Conducting property inspections and producing detailed reports

Working closely with colleagues to support wider branch operations

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in residential property management

Strong working knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance

A high level of customer service and communication skills

Calm, organised approach with the ability to prioritise a busy workload

A confident team player with a professional manner

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

A willingness to stay up to date with training and legislative changes

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
