Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 125 residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and tenant satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling enquiries, property maintenance issues, and complaints. Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports for landlords. Oversee property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales. Handle rent collections, arrears management, and ensure all financial records are maintained accurately. Ensure properties are compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements, including gas safety certificates, electrical checks, and tenancy agreements.
