PROPERTY MANAGER PMS Managing Estates £Competitive, aligned to experience and portfolio size Colchester based office ROLE OVERVIEW Were looking for a confident Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse residential portfolio and deliver a consistently high standard of management. This is a role for someone who can operate independently, make sound decisions, and build strong relationships with clients, residents and contractorswithout needing close supervision. Youll be responsible for the full lifecycle management of your developments, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant. ROLE EXPECTATIONS This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. Youll balance customer service, compliance, contractor management and financial oversight, while maintaining a proactive approach to portfolio performance. Youll be expected to identify issues early, take ownership of solutions, and continuously improve standards across your developments.
