I am currently recruiting for Reed's internal property function.
Our Director of Property is looking to add a member to his growing property function based out of its Raynes Park, London office. We are seeking a talented Property Manager with experience in commercial property management or surveying to join the team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone currently working towards their APC / MRICS, with outstanding professional support and exposure to leading industry consultancies.
The Role:
Day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio - approx. 60 offices Liaising with tenants, landlords and managing agents Coordinating maintenance, repairs, compliance and health & safety matters Assisting with service charge budgets and reconciliations Supporting inspections, lease events and asset management initiatives Working closely with senior stakeholders and external property consultantsAbout You:
Background in commercial property management or property surveying Good working knowledge of leases, service charges and statutory compliance Actively working towards APC / MRICS, or with clear intent to do so Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skillsKey Selling Points:
