Role Overview
Full-time Lettings Property Manager based in Manchester (flexible remote working available). Responsible for the day to day management of a residential portfolio ensuring strong resident satisfaction while overseeing lettings, renewals, compliance and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential properties. Act as the main contact for landlords and tenants. Oversee maintenance, renewals, deposits, compliance, re-lets, rental income and portfolio growth. Monitor rent payments and manage arrears. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs. Ensure all safety and statutory compliance requirements are met (e.g. gas and electrical certificates). Skills & Experience Experience in a full 360° lettings/property management role. Experience serving Section 21, 8, 13, and 47/48 notices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident relationship builder with residents, contractors and suppliers. Calm under pressure with good problem solving skills. Highly organised with sound judgement and a proactive approach to risk and dispute management. Desirable ARLA qualified or working towards qualification. Experience with property management systems. Knowledge of health and safety compliance. Full UK driving licence. Right to work in the UK.
