The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Property Manager/Lettings Negotiator to support our team in the day-to-day management of our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the tenancy process, from initial enquiries through to tenancy end.

Key Responsibilities

* Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails

* Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

* Conducting property viewings (driving licence essential)

* Completing routine property inspections and arranging repairs where required

* Preparing tenancy documentation

* Collecting rent and deposits and following up on arrears

* Managing deposit returns and disputes

* Arranging inventories and certificates
