The role also involves development responsibilities from site identification, acquisition through to occupation. Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering medium to large-scale new build projects, ideally development schemes. Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills. Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or APM are desirable but not essential. Construction or Surveying related degree (or similar).
