Your new role As the Property Research Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the valuations team by sourcing comparable property data and assist with planning future instructions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in property, strong research and analytical skills and a desire to grow within the property industry. As part of the role, you will research and compile comparable property data to support valuation reports, which will include monitoring property portals and local market trends and writing final reports.
