Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (3 on / 1 off rota)

Responsibilities for the position of Property Sales Manager
Manage property sales whilst providing advice to customers
Carry out property valuations and showcase them to achieve the best possible price
Build strong relationships with clients, buyers, and professional contacts (solicitors, lenders, etc.)
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Assist the Branch Manager in coaching, mentoring, and managing team performance
Contribute to a culture of high performance, positivity, and collaboration
Experience Required for the position of Property Sales Manager
Proven record of turning valuations into sales
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Drive, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team
