With an exciting new project on the horizon and a growing portfolio of high-quality residential properties, this business is looking for a confident and results-focused Property Sales Manager to take ownership of its sales department. This is a key leadership role that will see you driving sales strategy, building strong stakeholder relationships, and positioning Birmingham as an attractive investment destination.
As Property Sales Manager, you will oversee the entire resale portfolio while spearheading sales for a landmark new build project. You will lead on all aspects of the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and customers. With a deep understanding of leasehold sales and a keen eye for market trends, you will provide expert advice, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes. In addition, you will work closely with developers, key stakeholders, and the wider team to optimise sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
To succeed in this new Property Sales Manager role, you will have proven experience in a senior property sales position, with a strong track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
