We are looking to build our presence in Turkey, offering a one stop service to property investors in the country seeking to invest in the UK.Role requirementsWe are looking to hire a Property Sales Negotiator who will be responsible forDay-to-day management of clients – handling calls and email enquiries in a professional mannerManaging applicants on databaseArranging and conducting virtual viewings with prospective buyersCanvassing for instructions, negotiating deals, liaising with developers, applicants, brokers and solicitorsHandling enquiries generated from digital campaigns and providing feedback to the digital teamShow initiative and the ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and be an ambassador for Benham & Reeves in TurkeySkillsThe ideal candidate must be highly driven, enthusiastic and show initiative in the workplaceGood written and verbal communication skills in English – EssentialPrevious property sales experience - EssentialKnowledge of the UK and UK property – Beneficial but not essentialA strong track record in property sales, exceeding targets, maximising revenue and new business generation.Real estate experience in Turkey/Turkish national (lived in Turkey previously)This is a great opportunity with a successful global business.
