Property Services Manager South Wimbledon £46,350 + benefits We own much of the property where we provide support and services, and we are committed to providing safe and secure homes for residents. We are now seeking a skilled and experienced property professional, with expertise in Health and Safety and landlord compliance to ensure we meet our obligations and commitments. You will work with our Property Services Director and our facilitiesteam to develop good systems and practices. Youll oversee repairs and maintenance, manage contractors and budgets, and drive continuousimprovement in our asset management systems and processes. You will also help our teams to understand the importance of this function. Youll be an experienced property and/or compliance professional with strong knowledge of housing standards and health & safety regulations.
