Role: Residential Property Solicitor / Partner / Director & COLP (Equity or salaried)

Location: London (flexible / hybrid or remote)

Start Date: January–February 2026

Overview

The client is an established ABS seeking an experienced solicitor to join as Equity/Salaried Partner, Director, and COLP. This is a senior leadership role with genuine equity participation, operational input, and long-term growth potential.

The firm has existing infrastructure, CMS, accounting systems, staff, and regulatory approvals in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as COLP for the ABS

• Director-level oversight of legal services

• Supervision of fee earners and files

• Compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations

• Contribution to business development and client origination

• Strategic input into firm growth

Equity & Financials

• Equity available: 50%

• Buy-in: (negotiable depending on experience and contribution)

• Profit share: 50% of distributable profits

Salaried

• Salary: circa £50,000 p.a 10% Commission

• Strong revenue base with immediate growth capacity

Requirements

• SRA-authorised 5 years PQE+ solicitor

• Comfortable in ABS environment

• Commercially minded

• Able to transition quickly

• Ideally brings or controls client work

• Decisive, Responsive, Transparent
