JNP Legal is actively seeking an accomplished legal professional with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience to join our esteemed team*.* We are now looking for an ambitious Property Solicitor / Conveyancer (2+ PQE) who wants more than just a caseload—someone who wants influence, responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape a growing department. We are happy to make the office location fit to the candidate so you can choose which office you may wish to work from on your office days. *The Opportunity:* This is a key role within our Property department, reporting directly to the Head of Department. You will manage your own mixed caseload and play an active role in driving performance, improving processes, and supporting the ongoing development of the team. You’ll work on a wide range of residential property matters including: * Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases * Transfers, assents, and first registration You’ll also help develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships across the firm—key contributions that will directly influence the future success of the department. *Key Responsibilities* * Run a full mixed residential caseload from instruction to completion * Ensure CQS and Law Society protocols are always followed * Lead on risk management for your files, supported by our internal Compliance Officer * Maintain high-quality client communication and service standards * Identify, develop and convert new work opportunities * Support junior team members and contribute to the department’s wider development * Work with the Head of Department and SMT on performance, process improvement and efficiency * Meet agreed billing, cost, and completion targets * Ensure administrative tasks (registrations, billing, file closure, etc.) are completed in a timely and efficient manner. *Requirements:* * Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in Property law * Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and case law * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills * Ability to manage a demanding caseload efficiently * Ability to manage your time and allocate work correctly to your support team * Proficiency in using relevant case management software *Benefits:* * Competitive salary and benefits package including Private Medical Health Care * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for career advancement and professional development * Engaging casework and exposure to diverse legal matters If you are a passionate and dedicated Property Lawyer seeking a new challenge, we would love to hear from you!
