About the Role As a Property Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for conducting a wide range of property inspections including stock condition, fire risk assessments, asbestos re-inspections, and energy ratings. You’ll diagnose repairs, produce schedules of work and bills of quantities, and ensure cost-effective solutions are delivered within priority timescales. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and health & safety standards.
