This is an exciting opportunity to take on a high-impact sales role where your expertise will directly shape business growth and success. The business has achieved consistent growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, underpinned by a transparent, fair, and secure sales process. In this role, you will offer advice for the buying and selling of properties, negotiating prices and contracts to achieve the best outcomes. You'll build strong relationships with buyers and sellers, work on existing opportunities, and find new deals through market research. This is office based, working Monday to Friday. This role would suit a Property Valuer from the Property Industry or similar, who is looking for a fast-paced, sales position with a trusted successful property company. The Role: Negotiate offers securing the best deals Generate new opportunities and drive sales Manage end to end buying Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm The Person: Sales Manager or Sales background Property/Estate sales industry background or similar Commutable to Old Trafford Manchester
