About The Role Team - Protection, ( D2C Life Department) Hybrid role - 2 days a week in the Stockport office, 3 days based working from home. Training is up to 3 months in Stockport What this role is all about Its important to relate to your customer, understand their needs. If you care about your customer and can provide an exceptional service in catering to their product requirements this maybe the role for you. This role is about the quality of the customer journey providing advice on Vitality Life products, building a rapport so through their choices they make the right one through us, as Vitality Life. This is over the telephone and can be direct with personal customers and our business customers too. We offer ongoing support, coaching and we focus on your development in your Vitality career. Previous experience of working in Insurance sales is required.
