Protection Adviser (Life Insurance)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 basic + Monthly Commission
Location: South Manchester | Hybrid (3 days from home)
Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) (1 in 3 day Saturday & 1 Late Evening per week)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Protection Adviser, or a Mortgage Broker / Financial Adviser with strong protection experience, to join a high-performing, supportive environment.

The Role

You'll provide telephone-based advice on life insurance and protection products to personal and business clients. This is a consultative role where understanding client needs, delivering tailored recommendations, and maintaining full FCA compliance are key. You'll receive structured support, ongoing coaching, and clear progression pathways with commission rewarding strong performance.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience advising on life insurance / protection products (essential)
  • Background as a Protection Adviser preferred
  • Mortgage Brokers or Financial Advisers with strong protection sales experience also considered
  • Confident telephone manner with a consultative, ethical approach
  • Strong understanding of FCA compliance
  • Target-driven with a customer-first mindset
  • CEMAP, R05 or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential.
