Role / Job Title: PSA Engineer Distribution_ADMS Work Location: Edinburgh / Remote (Hybrid) The Role PSA Engineer ADMS Your Responsibilities: The PSA Engineer will be responsible for meeting business objectives by developing practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals, coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving closure on customer issues raised on ADMS & AEMS products. Responsible for addressing customer issues and concerns with ADMS applications such as SCADA, DMS, OMS, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve defects within the ADMS platform in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to investigate, diagnose, and resolve any issues impacting system performance or functionality. Provide ongoing support for defect management and work on root cause analysis to prevent future issues. Run scripts for FAT, SAT testing, and perform post-analysis, investigation, and categorisation of defects. Manage the setup and configuration of ADMS replication groups to ensure data consistency and system synchronisation across multiple environments. Implement best practices for replication, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and disaster recovery capabilities.
