Role Overview As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in providing on-site and remote support for arrange of electric and hybrid vehicles. You will be responsible for service, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance at customer premises and depots, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard and in alignment with company policies, safety standards, and customer expectations. This role involves regional travel and occasional overnight stays, with regular training provided. Key Responsibilities Conduct all aspects of PSV maintenance, inspections, fault diagnostics, and repairs on-site at customer locations or at the service centre. Deliver high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective repairs using up-to-date technical documentation and diagnostic tools. Work collaboratively with customers, the organisations call centre, and parts department to ensure timely defect reporting, parts ordering, and issue resolution. Accurately complete and submit job cards, service reports, and risk assessments; ensure customer sign-off prior to leaving site.
