The Role - Psychology Graduate Mental Health Assistant
* Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
* Supporting emotional regulation and pupil wellbeing
* Applying therapeutic and behavioural strategies
* Collaborating with educational psychologists, therapists, and teaching staff
* Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
* Building positive, trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe, supported, and motivated

* Interested in gaining experience within education and training
* Committed to a minimum 12-month placement to ensure consistency for pupils
* Resilient, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent
Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential. Candidates with a background or interest in sport are highly encouraged to apply, as sporting activities can be a powerful way to engage learners, build relationships, and support positive behaviour.
