About the Role:

We are working closely with a well-regarded primary school in Chesham, which is looking to recruit Graduate Mental Health Assistants from January 2026 . The school supports pupils with a variety of needs, including:

Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Behavioural difficulties As a Mental Health Assistant, you'll be working alongside teachers, SEN professionals, and therapists to support pupils both academically and emotionally. The school is especially keen to hear from graduates in Psychology or Criminology who are planning to pursue careers in education, therapy, or child mental health.
