*** Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant *** Immediate start until July 2026 *** £81 - £101 per day *** Primary school location: Ward of Selly Oak *** SEN support on a 1:1 and small group basis

The Role: As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the school’s SEN team to support pupils with additional needs. You will provide one-to-one assistance, lead small intervention groups, and help adapt learning activities to meet individual requirements. Your input will play an important role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional well-being, and academic progress.

The Candidate: You should hold a degree in psychology or a related field and have an interest in child development and special educational needs. Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy are essential qualities for this role. Experience in a school or supporting children with SEN will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
