Immediate Start | Full-Time | Long-Term Placement Pay: £85 – £110 per day

Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education and SEN support? A welcoming school in Burnham is seeking a motivated graduate to join their team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge of psychology in a practical setting, supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN Assist with implementing behaviour strategies and personalised learning plans Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create an inclusive learning environment Monitor progress and provide feedback to support pupil development Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour What We’re Looking For
