The role: As a Sales Assistant, youll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service, and youll be professional, driven and enthusiastic. The PTS Sales Assistant role is customer facing, providing the best service on our trade counter and over the phone, maximising sales at every opportunity. You will be contracted to a set minimum number of hours per week, and you will be required to be flexible to work additional hours to deliver the best customer experience, especially during the peak trading winter heating season. Where possible, hours and shifts will be agreed with you with plenty of notice so that you know exactly what you are doing and when!
