Managing a diverse portfolio across our public sector clients in Ireland and the UK Lead on end-to-end audit delivery tasks for a portfolio of clients ensuring compliance with relevant audit standards and regulations and reporting to Partner Training and mentoring team members, developing their technical and professional skills Building and maintaining trusted client relationships Overseeing the financial management of your portfolio Contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives There will be an opportunity to broaden your portfolio into the NFP and Corporate audit sectors subject to agreement and performance

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

ACA, ACCA or CIPFA qualified Experience and proficiency in public sector audit Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop exceptional client relationships Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in developing junior staff Commercial awareness, with the ability to contribute to business development A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
