About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Public Services Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across colleges in Slough and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and develop learners pursuing careers in public services, including policing, fire services, armed forces, and emergency planning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in public services-related subjects

* Support and motivate learners to achieve their academic and career goals

* Assess student work and provide constructive feedback

* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

* Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement

* Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

* Relevant qualification in Public Services or a related field

* Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

* Experience teaching in further education or training environments (preferred)

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Industry experience in public services (desirable)
