This varied role combines administration, training coordination and publications management, offering the chance to work across digital media, events and stakeholder engagement.You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of training courses, the production of high-quality publications and the provision of efficient administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities and has a keen eye for detail.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the production of digital and print publications, working with designers, printers and external partnersManage editorial schedules, content submissions and advertising bookingsProofread and quality check content, ensuring accuracy and complianceMaintain and update website content, databases and email distribution systemsSupport advertising activities, including liaising with clients and assisting with invoicingAdminister training courses, including bookings, communications and delegate managementCoordinate course logistics such as materials, venues, presenters and certificationProvide comprehensive administrative support, including correspondence, database management and stakeholder liaisonEducation & Skills RequiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience in administration, coordination or a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office, database systems and content management systems (WordPress, Adobe InDesign, Canva, etc)Excellent organisational, project management and time management abilitiesHigh attention to detail, particularly when managing content and recordsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyAdditional InformationMonday-Friday, full-time, 9am-5pm (35 hours)On-site workingPension Scheme If you are a detail-driven and versatile professional looking to develop your career in a varied and engaging role, apply today to take the next step in a rewarding environment within a specialist industry.To express interest in this promising role, kindly forward your latest CV, detailing your present or most recent remuneration package and any notice period you might have.
