A leading London-based law firm with a market-leading reputation in the creative industries is seeking a Commercial IP Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its Tier 1 Publishing practice.

About the Role

You will draft and negotiate a broad range of publishing and commercial agreements and advise on copyright and related IP matters. The role offers strong client exposure and opportunities to contribute to business development within a growing, sector-focused practice.

You will join the publishing group recognised as a market leader, advising multinational and independent publishers, authors, literary agents, rights owners and digital platforms.

About You:

• You will have 3–5 years’ PQE (private practice or relevant in-house experience)
• A solid grounding in commercial and IP law, with experience or an enthusiasm for the publishing industry.
